I sleep on my left shoulder a lot, and when my friends come over and spend the night, i let them have the bed, and i get the floor.
One night, i woke up to find a horrible pain in my shoulder, which is probably from sleeping the wrong way on hardwood floor.
But ever since that one night, the pain keeps getting worse and worse.
Every time i sleep on my bed and wake up the next morning on my left shoulder, the pain is back and unbearable. What should i do?
I went to the doctor today and found out I have a skin cyst on my chest. I started having sharp neck pain on the sides of my neck. I thought I was having sharp pain there because of this bump but the doctor told me its not from that. So now Im a bit worried because this pain does not fell right and its in my neck. This isnt a pain like if I had a stiff neck or somthing. Its around like my throat area! Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms but negative tests. I have shoulder pain that is once and a while but when I get it, it can be pretty severe. It’s between my neck and my arm socket.
For those that say it is not a symptom of an ectopic pregnancy to have shoulder pain, you are wrong it is. I just wanted to say that because I see people post that all the time.
Please base your response on either personal experience or your own perception of chiropractors (no names please). If you are a chiropractor, please do not answer. Are these “guys” know-it-alls? Do they really help you? What sort of education do they have – medical degrees or what? Are they really doctors? Do they have you go a million times without getting better? I’d like an honest opinion either positive or negative. What questions should I ask if I decide to go to one? Are they worth the money? Would you go back a second time?
I dont know if I slept wrong or not but i woke up this morning with a lot of neck shoulder and upper back pain.I can barely move my neck at all.It hurts real bad.
Is this stiff neck or something else?Is there anything I can do to get rid of it,it hurts real bad.Does this pain have anything to do with the herniated disc that I have in my lower back

I would like to hear from a chiropractor or even a current student. I have been exposed to Chiropractors all my life and have had great results from it. I would like to have a career that would be beneficial to as many people as possible.
I am older (38) and probably would not be able to get into medical or physician assistant school.
In order for a chiropractor to be successful, he/she also needs to be a good business person. The chiropractors that do well financially are 1) business owners, and 2) really good at marketing and bringing lots of new patients into their practice.
I was wondering if medical doctors also need to worry much about the business aspect of their practice, or if “having enough patients to treat” is something they never think about. Do MDs need to be business owners in order to make a decent living? Or do most of them function as employees?
