Just saw the news report on the case George. The BCA used the libel laws to try silence Singh. Happily the judge accepted his case as being legit. There needs to be a reform of the libel laws as they are being used to silence scientific discussion and facts from the public. Charlatons seem to know all the loop holes.

Thanks for the comments folks. Tyler, yes, I have Bad Science. If I remember correctly, Ben Goldacre was also sued for a column he had written for The Guardian. The difference was that The Guardian paid for the legal fees (as I remember). Singh is paying his own fees…..
