Should you do these stretches if they hurt? I suffered a shoulder injury several months ago lifting weights. My shoulder is a lot better, but the muscle spasms and pain haven’t quite gotten better yet.
As a breakdancer, these kind of stretching really help me prevent of getting injury.

Best stretching vid for me. Feels right! I pulled something playing tennis this summer. Feels like front and side muscles need extra stretching. Once in a while now I will feel clicking when i do sudden movements away from my body. So I’m going to concentrate on resting it, icing it and stretching with your exercises.

I tried these exercises and had SEVERE pain that night! Had to go to the doctor the following morning. Whether the exercises are wrong or right, be carefull when doing this without guidance of a professional

Hi Doc, juz found your video and i was wondering do u have any advice for Acromiovacular Type 2 injury? i’ve been told it takes 2 months to heal completely and also what should i do to fasten the recovery period… any exercise or therapy u can recommend? Thanx doc ! Any tips would be great !

I’m a weightlifter and my shoulder gives me pain when I jerk, or after I release pressure, like when squatting when I put the bar back on the rack, it hurts when I let go.
I took 2 weeks off and it seems to be ok ish but now the other one is starting to do the same! Wtf!
Some of these stretches hurt my shoulders, should I still continue to do them? That one where you pull your arm over your head, OUCH.
