I go to a chiro and I’ll ask her about these, but they DID help! I got the crunching, cracking too,but if you keep doing it, it subsides.

Hope your not a chiro – The stretch for the back of the neck was totally wrong – why stretch muscles and ligaments that are already too long- DUMB!
Thanks, i really appreciate you putting this video. I’ve been having terrible shoulder pains. I have been taking pain killers, applying all sorts of balms and muscle relief creams i could get my hands on, after trying these exercises twice, the pain seems to have been eased. I will definately carry on doing these!!
I work hours at a time at a computer and sometimes at night I fall asleep in an awkward position on the sofa. The resulting tightness and pain in my neck can be almost intolerable. I have been doing these exercises, and they have done the trick for me! Thank you for positing this helpful video.
