This 89 year old patient from Florida, started experiencing bilateral shoulder pain 3 months ago. His orthopedic surgeon recommended surgery, which the patient refused. Patient suffers from peripheral neuropathy and incontinence. He has been traveling from Florida to receive NBE treatments every 3 months.
